My Story

From Retail Roots
to New Opportunities

I grew up around a family retail business, so retail has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. It gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to run a successful business, the importance of great customer service and the value of strong relationships.

After moving south, I spent over 20 years working with some of the world's leading brands in the home and consumer goods sector, building my expertise across sales, marketing, brand development and retail partnerships.

Throughout my career I became known as "the fixer" — someone who brings people together, solves problems and creates opportunities.

In 2025 I founded Blackburn Consultancy to provide an independent retail voice, helping ambitious brands, retailers and businesses strengthen their market position, build valuable relationships and deliver meaningful growth.
